Your order will be sent Express delivery by DHL with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.

DHL ODD notifies you by email and/ or SMS about your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date/time.

When this date does not fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.

DHL On Demand Delivery offers flexible delivery options:

* Deliver my package to another address: alternate delivery to work or family

* Deliver my package at a safe place: authorise shipment release to appointed safe place

* Deliver my package with neighbour: Leave the package at your neighbour, reception or guard specified

* Deliver my package at a DHL ServicePoint: hold for pick-up collection

* Request to store my package: vacation hold safekeeping your parcel up to 30 days

* Deliver my package on another day: scheduled delivery

Our mission at A-List Lace Hair is to provide you with premium wigs that are made to a high standard of quality craftsmanship and only the best 100% Raw and virgin hair available. Quality and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We inspect all our lace wigs prior to supplying or fitting to ensure that they meet your specification and our high quality assurance standards. We realise that purchasing a full lace wig is an investment and want to ensure that your experience with A-List lace Hair is a pleasant one that you will be happy with.

Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or give exchanges for full lace wigs that have been worn, styled, where the lace or hair has been cut or products have been applied to the unit such as glue or hair products etc. We offer refunds as long as the terms below are met, the full lace wig is still in its brand new condition and we have not fitted it.

1. Please do not return goods via FedEx, please use other shipping companies for example your local postal service, DHL, USPS and UPS.

2. The Return value should be £10 GBP or $15 USD in order to reduce the costs of taxes and import charges. The description of goods Should be ‘Returned Wig’.

2. Kindly include your full name and order number in the package.

3. Please return goods within 30 days of receipt.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO OUR FULFILLMENT CENTRE IN LONDON. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS RETURNS IN NEW YORK DUE TO CAPACITY.

We do not accept returns on lace wigs and lace front wigs that have been altered NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have also requested for us to cut the lace, this unit is non refundable and non exchangeable. This includes but is not limited to doing any of the following:

DO NOT alter the lace wigs in any way

DO NOT cut the lace

DO NOT tear the lace wig or rip the lace wig

DO NOT put glue on the lace wigs or adhesive on the lace wig

DO NOT put products on the lace wig

DO NOT put any chemicals on the lace wig

DO NOT dye the lace wig

DO NOT style or cut the hair of the lace wig

DO NOT perm the lace wig

DO NOT wash or condition the lace wig

DO NOT wear the lace wig

Be careful when applying or removing your full lace wig and always follow the care instructions that are given with your purchase. We will not be responsible for lace wigs that are ripped, torn or damaged by the customer, or any one else after purchase. Lace wig units that are ripped or torn by the customer are not subject to an exchange or refund.
